Greetings!  If you've meandered your way here, you have either...

A) googled your way into the crevices of the “net” far too unintentionally looking for a creative marketer.  Such kismet, that’s me!

B) been seeking the last vestiges of humanity and class, took a left turn, and found a person invested in leadership and team building with integrity.  Still me!

C) are a fellow “traveler” of mine.   You’re also a mad marketing and entrepreneurship fiend? You love the dynamic product development process?  Let’s chat!

D) been given this URL and are checking on me.  I built what you see.  Enjoy!

E) were looking for a unicorn as a colleague, one who sees the world holistically from the left and right brain, and loves the challenge of strategy ideation to implementation.  Still me!

Whatever letter you chose or if you chose ALL of them thank you for dropping in!

Tammy Lai here.  Native Californian, I was teethed on dim sum with the sight of the San Francisco Bay never very far from my eyes.  Those milk teeth bygone years contrast with the intentionality of curating diverse professional experiences to catalyze thoughtful, socially responsible impact.  Why?

I. am. a. change. enzyme.

My mission?  I change the world by broadening perspectives of what is possible and move from potential to actual.  I bring a laser-sharpened MBA toolbox, equipped to excel in marketing and product/program development in artistic to technical arenas.

By inclination, I am a voracious, perpetual learner.

By inclination, I am a strategic creator.

By inclination, I am a problem solver

By diploma, I am a Global MBA, focused on Marketing and Entrepreneurship.  I solve nagging business problems by honing in on diverse stakeholder groups and finding sustainable, meaningful avenues to build engagement.

By diploma, I am a mathematician.  I distill and analyze everything into the clearest possible framework.

By diploma, I am a fashion designer.  I bring the design-thinking process, alertness to industry shifts, and an artist’s eye to everything I do.

Geometry tells you the shortest distance between two points is a straight line; I would suppose that many of us would say life tells us otherwise!   The non-linearity of my academic background and my professional path make me an excellent bridge to connect people, intersect departments and cross-functional groups, and bring clarity to ambiguous business settings.

I also make a mean guacamole.

Let's chat sometime!
